Chuck Franks, PCC

Chuck Franks,PCC is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. His background includes a Masters in Counseling Psychology, a Licensed Clinical Social worker and completion of the post-graduate College of Executive Coaching program. His experience includes managing the Counseling department for the Excelsior Spring Job Corps Center where he co-developed the substance use and abuse program which is currently used nation wide. He is a founding member of Kansas City’s ICF Chapter where membership increased by 500% in the two years he lead the organization. He served as President for two years and now sits on the board as Past-President. During his leadership Heartland Coaches recieved reconition by the International Coach Federation and was awarded the Local Spirit, Global Presence Award. He believes strong relationships are key to success and happiness, regardless of wether they are customers, employees, or significant others. Chuck focuses on helping individuals and business owners enhance their relationships to increase sales, decrease employee turnover by increasing employee loyalty, and also helps people see how their relationship with themselves reflects in the results they get in life.
